Warranty services are eligible for up to 1 year of your purchase.
We cover issues such as gemstones falling out of its setting, breakage of clasps/jump rings and discoloration due to manufacturing defects.
WE DON'T COVER
Wear and tear issues are not covered. This includes breakage, bending, or scratching of jewellery that may occur with regular use and water damage from Non-Waterproof product. It is important to handle and wear your jewellery with care to minimize such risks.
Exposure to harsh chemicals, improper cleaning methods, or accidents can lead to damage or loss of gemstones or precious metals.
Alterations, repairs, or modifications to the jewellery are carried out by unauthorized third parties, it may result in defects that are not covered under our warranty.
However, in occurrence of such event, we do offer Repair Services where small fee will be charged for repairing service. Repair service are also applicable for product purchased more than 1 Year.
However, please note that the cost of the return parcel and delivery for the warranty claim will be borne by the customer. This means that you will be responsible for the shipping expenses associated with sending the jewellery to us for repair or replacement.
It's important to understand that we reserve the right to refuse a repair request at our discretion, in accordance with our terms and conditions. This allows us to assess each case individually and determine the most appropriate course of action.

To claim warranty, you may filled up the form and we will get back to you in 2 or 3 working days. Alternatively, you may visit our Flagship Store to claim warranty.
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE REQUEST
Exchange or Refund of the items are allowed within 7 days from the purchase with original packaging for same price item. Difference for lower value item will credited to customer in forms of store credit.
